The worst product and service I’ve experienced online…, the dog bed is low quality and is not as described, it consists of 4 bags of foam bits with a poor quality cover which when put together looks nothing like the advertised photo’s!

Complained and asked for my money back but was told I would have to return it to China before I would get my money back even though the bed was posted from Cannock WS11 8LD.

I don’t normally write reviews but had to with this item. Although the product came in time. The quality was so poor and unusable. If these ghosts cost £2 to make I would be surprised

No adhesive included in my package

Very very Poor quality for the price . Adjuster doesn’t work at all . Smaller than what I was expecting . NOT suitable for breastfeeding. Just fit half of the body and they are just 1 month premature babies

I ordered a 4 in 1 construction toy by this company. The item was reduced from £100 to £50. The poorly made toy arrived from China not even with the promised remote control. The item sent was not even worth £5. Really difficult to return the item. Do not trust this company!

Received the wrong item. I ordered a steam brush but received a straightening comb with NO steam. Box was battered so asked for a refund and a label to return but so far the company have refused that.
Don’t buy from this company unless you want to be disappointed. My credit card company are now involved in trying to recover my money….terrible service….. will never buy from them again ……beware!!!
